Paymaster Services
Private Placement Program Oversight & Coordination (PPP)
Receiving & Disbursing of Funds (through regulated third-party institutions)
Receiving International Wires & Cash Transfers (for settlement execution)
Receiving USDT & BTC for Monetization (strictly via approved exchanges)
Supplying Fresh-Cut SBLCs (Standby Letters of Credit) via regulated issuing providers

Important Service Disclaimers

IPG is not a bank, lender, investment advisor, broker, trading platform, or financial institution.
IPG does not commingle funds, or provide retail financial services.
All funds referenced in any engagement are held and processed exclusively through regulated banks, escrow trust, trustees, fiduciaries, or approved crypto exchanges.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of investment, legal advice, or financial advice.

2. Special Instructions (Mandatory Conditions)

To maintain operational integrity and regulatory compliance:

2.1 Crypto Transactions

IPG only accepts USDT and BTC transfers through the following verified exchanges:

Blockchain.com
Binance.com

Transfers made through any other platform, wallet, or exchange will not be accepted.

2.2 No Downloading / Server Funds

IPG does not accept:

Downloaded MT103 messages
Server-loaded funds
Ledger-to-ledger uploads
Digital “simulation” balance transfers

Only actual, real, verifiable funds transmitted via regulated banking or approved exchange channels will be accepted.

2.3 Strictly Direct Transfer (Automated Credit)

All incoming funds (FIAT or crypto) must be executed as:

Direct bank-to-bank transfer, or
Direct crypto wallet transfer from approved exchanges

We do not accept:

Mirror transfers
Ledger overlays
Blockchain simulators
Manual credit uploads

Funds must arrive automatically and directly from the sender’s bank or exchange.

3. Website Use & Restrictions

3.1 You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt or compromise its security.
3.2 Unauthorized access attempts, scraping, copying, or automated extraction of content are strictly prohibited.
3.3 IPG may modify or restrict access at any time without notice.
