Paymaster Services – Independent Transaction Settlement Control

International Paymaster Group (IPG) operates as a neutral, independent third-party Paymaster, appointed to govern the secure receipt, holding, and disbursement of transactional funds in accordance with fully executed legal agreements.

Our Paymaster function is designed to remove unilateral control of funds, reduce counterparty risk, and ensure that payments are only released when contractual performance conditions are satisfied.

IPG does not replace financial institutions or act as a lender or broker. We act strictly as a Settlement Control Authority.
